Your Role
As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will support the Finance team in ensuring that revenue and receivables are accurately recorded, reconciled and managed in a timely manner.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the accounts receivable and revenue accounting processes.
- Supporting the accurate recording and reconciliation of gaming revenue and other financial transactions.
- Preparing and issuing invoices to clients and other counterparties.
- Maintaining accurate customer accounts and outstanding balances.
- Following up on receivables and supporting the timely collection of outstanding amounts.
- Performing account reconciliations and assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Supporting internal controls, financial reporting and finance projects and process improvements.
Honesty and integrity are fundamental to this role, as you will be part of a Finance team that plays an important role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the Group’s financial information.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised, methodical and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Reliable and able to manage deadlines and changing priorities.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experienced in a similar role, with previous Accounts Receivable or accounting experience considered a strong asset.
