Tumas Gaming is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Executive to join our Finance team and take ownership of the oversight and monitoring of our Accounts Payable team.

As Senior Accounts Payable Executive, you will oversee the day-to-day Accounts Payable function, ensuring supplier transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and in line with financial requirements.
You will also play an important role in supporting the Finance team, strengthening controls, improving visibility of cash flow and ensuring performance standards and deadlines are consistently achieved.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the Accounts Payable function, including supplier invoices, payments, accruals and prepayments.
- Reviewing payment runs, reconciliations and payables ageing.
- Supporting fixed asset management and lease accounting.
- Contributing to cash-flow, month-end reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Supervising, supporting and developing members of the Finance team.
- Allocating workloads, setting priorities and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintaining strong internal financial controls and safeguarding company assets.
- Supporting finance projects, process improvements and system enhancements.
Honesty and integrity are fundamental to this role, as the Finance team plays an important role in ensuring that the Tumas Gaming Group presents accurate and reliable financial information.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in a similar finance role, with strong Accounts Payable exposure.
- Highly organised, methodical and able to work independently.
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Confident managing priorities, deadlines and a dynamic workload.
- Comfortable supervising and supporting team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
